Emails are answered within 24 hrs Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM CST.  

Shipping days:

All orders are shipped on Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 10 AM CST on Friday will go out the following Monday. This helps us keep the cost down so we can pass along the savings!

LIVE GUARANTEE

We can only offer live guarantees when your daily low is above 40 F and daily high is below 88 F.   We recommend having your order held for pickup at the post office if your temperatures are below 40 F or above 88 F

USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 day (in most cases) but not guaranteed. Sometimes it takes longer than 3 days.

Shipping charges do apply to all replacement orders. Someone must be home to accept the package, guarantees are void if no one is available to accept package and its left on the door step. We must be notified of DOA orders within 1 hour of delivery.

We are not responsible for carrier delays.
